Vom Hören Lesen

Theorieseminar Grundstudium, Wed 10-12

Im Rahmen des Seminars beschäftigen wir uns mit Texten über Klang und Hören unter verschiedenen Perspektiven: Philosophischen und ästhetischen, historischen, technischen, poetischen. Texte von Künstler:innen spielen dabei ebenso eine Rolle wie solche von Theoretiker:innen, Kurator:innen, Naturwissenschaftler:innen und Autor:innen, die sich zwischen etablierten Positionen bewegen. Das Seminar ist gleichzeitig eine Einführung in die zahlreich vorhandene Literatur zum Thema Sound in der KHM-Bibliothek, zu deren selbstständiger Erkundung wir einladen. Die im Seminar gelesenen Texte werden sowohl in deutsch als auch in englisch sein, weswegen beide Sprachen im Seminar eine gleichberechtigte Rolle spielen werden. Die Bereitschaft zu Lesen und das Gelesene gemeinsam zu diskutieren wird erwartet.
